Job Description:

The PALs Program position is a new initiative that looks to hire students interested in coordinating, supporting and assisting other students. This peer leadership model aims to provide peer support through fun activities, outings, real-life past experiences, conversation, and relationship building. The PALS position is an effort to engage and support all students, including those who are having any difficulty transitioning to college life, becoming involved or finding a group with shared interests.

Job Requirements:

Coordinate and plan fun and engaging activities for interested students Identify certain themes and topics Contribute to the marketing, outreach and program development Desire and willingness to support and share your experiences with peers This position is available to sophomores, juniors and seniors
