Job Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Princeton, New Jersey, this role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who excels in multitasking.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Handle receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Process expense reports accurately using Concur Expense software.
- Assist in drafting and editing documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate catering services for meetings and events.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Provide support for team projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve operational efficiency.
