The schedule for this position is Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday and Friday 2pm-10:30pm, Saturday 8am-10:30pm $1,000 Sign-on Bonus Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health

• Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Devereux's Paxton House program serves co-ed youth, ages 4 to 14, on a rapid reintegration care program. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the main focus at this program is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, and factors that precipitated placement; and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible. As an Assistant Program Manager, you will: Be passionate about working with and helping youth. Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment. Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment. Assist with the planning and implementation of programing for individuals. Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed. Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills. Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver's license required . Bachelor's degree required . 1 year experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders required . 1 year of relevant supervisory experience preferred . Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA. Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
