As a Program Director (PD), you will oversee the operation and oversight of several Program Managers (PM) / Assistant Program Managers (APM), who have leadership responsibilities for Direct Support Professionals (DSP). You will be responsible for leading by example through our core values: respect, integrity, innovation, compassion, accountability and perseverance. Ultimately, you gain the opportunity to practice and live out the traits of a Servant Leader by helping persons supported to pursue their dreams and find happiness in their homes, in their personal relationships and as contributing members of their community. Schedule and Salary This position is Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm with travel throughout the South Plymouth area. On-call support is rotated between leaders on a weekly basis, including Saturday and Sunday availability to answer occasional phone calls. The pay for this position is $72,091.76 annual salary. Program Director Qualifications The ideal candidate brings prior experience in direct care and a strong track record of effectively supervising staff. Must have minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare and/or nonprofit settings. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study is required. You bring a thoughtful approach to boundary-setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt as priorities evolve.
