$1,000 Sign-on Bonus Devereux Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's Hillcrest program serves males 12-21 with various Autism Specturm levels, co-occurring psychiatric disorders and behavioral disorders. With 1 staff to 3 students ratio, this program is focused on increasing independence, coping and social skills, and preparing individuals to move on from Devereux. As an Assistant Program Manager, you will: Be passionate about working with and helping youth. Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment. Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment. Assist with the planning and implementation of programing for individuals. Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed. Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills. Job Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older Drivers license required. Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related degree require 1 year previous experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders required . One year of relevant experience in a supervisory role preferred Must be willing to obtain MAP Certification within 90 days of hire.

Schedule:

2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday

• Friday, 8AM
• 4PM, in Rutland, MA Monday, Tuesday, Wedneday and Saturday; 1pm
• 11pm.
