Job Summary:
Job Description As a Director of Customer Delivery Management, you will lead a team in aligning priorities with cross-functional stakeholders, establishing project governance standards, and driving the end-to-end execution of complex delivery projects. Successful candidates for this role will be experienced leaders, excellent communicators, innately curious, and able to thrive in an ambiguous, high-growth environment. You should have a strong delivery, technology, and program management background. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders while driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, program management, and business strategy skills are essential. Responsibilities Lead a team of high-level globally placed individual contributors to provide execution guidance, coaching, and develop career performance and growth plans Responsible for dedicated cloud delivery projects globally, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results Provide program and project management expertise to complex global business initiatives, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs Develop program workstreams, identify core milestones, and ensure that project goals align with customer and business objectives Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices, leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness Drive programs that influence KPIs and work to achieve our business goals Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
