Job Description

The Clinical Residential Program Coordinator (CRPC) is the supervisor responsible for providing support for residential teams in the assigned department during the weekends and scheduled shifts for weekdays. They provide support with clinical problem solving, staff training and support, family support and collaborate as needed with on call Residential Supervisors or clinicians to help ensure staff and student safety.

3-day "weekend" is great for studying and offers more consecutive days off for vacation/travel
General Duties/Responsibilities:
Specifically during evenings and weekends Provides clear leadership and direction for teams Problem solves with shift managers on issues (scheduling, student guidelines, etc.) Conducts observations with staff on clinical and academic programs and provides coaching as needed Delivers effective feedback to maintain staff performance and team morale Communicates effectively with families Provides prompt communication to program director regarding student, family, and staffing concerns Serves as a resource to solve problems and address concerns with CALM Completes weekend report with all pertinent information Assist with and lead prescribed clinical/educational assessments
Education/Experience:
