Adult Day Health Center in downtown Springfield, MA! MetroCare of Springfield is part of a local community service agency that has been servicing Springfield and the surrounding areas since 2015. The Program Manager will oversee the administration, development, implementation, and overall management of one of our Center's Programs. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): managing a team of professionals staffing of center supervision of nursing and case management staff growth and maintenance of attendance CACFP monitoring implementing program policies/goals, ensuring community inclusion fostering relationships with families.
