Jobs › Springfield, MA › Program Manager Dress for Success of Western MA Program Manager Springfield, MA Apply Mission The mission of Dress for Success of Western Massachusetts (DFSWM) is to empower women and gender non-binary individuals to achieve economic mobility by providing a network of support, professional attire, and development tools to help them thrive in work and life Primary Purpose The primary purpose of the Program Manager is to employ creativity and innovation to develop and facilitate workforce development programming that supports our mission, is responsive to the specific needs of our community, and aligns with the goals of a diverse pool of stakeholders. Core Responsibilities Program Innovation Maintain attractive, inventive, safe, and welcoming space for participants to learn and grow. Collaborate to ensure the provision of effective incentives, high-quality catering and supplies, and up-to-date technology. Visit 1 career center or related organization per month to foster creativity and collaboration. Ensure service to an annual goal number of participants using a variety of in-office, virtual, and community-based recruitment strategies. Collaborate with relevant staff to ensure that program marketing is up to date, consistent with offerings, creative, and effective Workshop Planning and Implementation Plan enticing topics and recruit high-quality volunteer presenters. Execute regular workshops according to grant guidelines. Foot in the Door Planning and Implementation Collaborate with instructors to implement a newly designed structure and cadence for the workforce readiness program. Facilitate the program according to the structure and further develop the program as needed. Meet annual goals for recruitment and badging/graduation Margaret Fitzgerald Mentorship Program Planning and Implementation Onboard and train volunteer mentors and thoughtfully pair them with participants. Collaborate to provide support for a minimum of 25 mentoring pairs. Plan and facilitate at least 2 hybrid meetings for all pairs per year Data Collection Ensuring that data collection aligns with reporting requirements Organizational Responsibilities Demonstrates DFSWM core values, including integrity, respect, inclusion, collaboration, and innovation. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Experience:
