Job Description
Job Description At RTX, we are looking for a Program Integrator to join our team in Tewksbury, MA. This role will involve managing and integrating various aspects of program execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The Program Integrator will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration, driving project timelines and deliverables. You will be responsible for identifying risks and opportunities, providing solutions to enhance program performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead program integration efforts across multiple projects. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals. Monitor project progress and report on status to senior management. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate regular meetings to track project milestones and deliverables. Develop and maintain program documentation. Support resource allocation and project scheduling. Assist in budget management and financial tracking. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 3+ years of experience in program management or related roles. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
