This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives, as well as designing and executing the Bosch Home Comfort PRO partner program across the United States and Canada to support sales growth.
Job Duties and Responsiblities:
Create a strategic approach to the program that allows us to be competitive in the marketplaceCollaborate with sales teams to support growth strategies by identifying initiatives needed for partner programs and promotionsDevelop materials to promote program benefits and resourcesCollaborate with third-party partners and with stakeholders within the business to deliver best-in-class customer experience when it comes to program participationCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders important updates, reminders, and launches related to partner programsTrack key-performance-indicators (KPIs) and report/present to leadershipManage and resolve inquiries and escalations from both external customers and internal sales teamsManage certain administrative aspects of program execution, including but not limited to purchase orders, invoices, rewards inventory tracking, forms processingMaintain program portalSupport in-person and virtual customer events including distributor and dealer meetings and/or trainingTravel expectations ~20%QualificationsBachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experienceA minimum of 5 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishment in marketing, sales, account management, and/or customer serviceHighly customer-focused and oriented with strong customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong presentation skillsClear communicator with attention to detailStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret dataProject management and organization skills with ability to complete projects and tasks on timeProficiency in Microsoft applicationsAdditional InformationIndefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
