Full Job Description Summary:
The Site Director of Program Management provides overall leadership and direction to the site program management organization. This individual works in a business leadership role to ensure program quality, ontime delivery and customer service requirements are met. Serve as 2nd level of escalation with program critical issues. Senior level interface with business development in the management of new products and support the development of these products with the customers. Lead regular program meetings to address program progress and ensure customer requirements are being met. Provide site incremental sales forecast data. Develop and mentor site program management organization. Define gaps and create plans to ensure staff improvements and competency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as site senior program management representative. Serve as 2nd level of escalation with program critical issues. Participate as a member of site senior staff in a senior leadership role. Interface with business development in the management of new products and support the development of these products with the customers. Lead regular program meetings to address progress and ensure customer requirements are met. Provide site incremental sales forecast data. Program Management Training Curriculum. Support and follow all ISO standards related to OnCore's various Quality Management Systems. These systems may include, but are not limited to, quality, the environment, health, safety and security. Support all corporate and site 6S objectives. Perform all other duties, as assigned.
Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent written communication skills. Proficient communicator and listener. Excellent relationship-building skills. Computer literate, high level of accuracy and detail oriented. Must be able to handle multiple functions at the same time and maintain good organizational skills.
Experience/Education:
10-15 years of proven program management experience. 5+ years direct management experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple skilled direct reports. High level of general business acumen. Strong business management ability, including P&L responsibility. Ability to influence cross-functionally, both within the company and with external companies/customers. Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience in the industry. Excellent written and verbal skills. Strong Presentation skills.
