Req# No of positions 1 Title Sr. Program Manager Location Wilmington, MA Duration Full Time We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Program Manager to join our team in supporting strategic weapon system and subsystem technical design solutions for our Advanced Programs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the design, planning, execution, and test and evaluation aspects of advanced programs, ensuring that all technical requirements are met and that programs are completed on time and within budget. About This Role We believe people should love what they do in this role, you will be responsible for: Managing the financial, technical, and schedule requirements of all program components to deliver products that are technically acceptable in a cost-effective manner. Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, execution, integration, and testing, to develop and implement program plans. Perform Control Account Manager responsible for program management budget including development of budgetary baseline, review of actual costs and determine variance analysis, monthly Latest Revised Estimate updates and Estimate At Complete analysis, and sales forecast update. Follow management program processes, plans and procedures to ensure program executes based on AS9100 Quality certification requirements and Textron best practices. Organize Program Management Execution Gates for leadership review and approval. Function as the primary company interface to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar discipline required. 10+ years of relevant experience in the Defense industry 5+ Years of program Management Experience on Defense Programs Experience evaluating program Risks and Opportunities. Execution of Earned Value Management System programs. Experience working with diverse, multifunctional teams. Strong written and oral presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. Ability to travel ~25%. Proposal Development experience Qualified applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet minimum qualifications for access to program information; Secret Clearance required, Top Secret Clearance preferred.
