Job Description

Looking for meaningful work that actually makes a difference ? Join Habilitation Assistance Corporation as our Day Habilitation Coordinator and help adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities build skills, confidence, and community connections. You'll lead a supportive team, create engaging activities, and make every day purposeful — no nights or weekends required! This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a 30-minutes unpaid lunch for a total of 40 hours per week. Great benefits and generous amount of paid time off!

What We're Looking For:

At least 6 years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred, but not required
