Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Performs high-quality project support Will contact most levels of government personnel Handles confidential information Maintains logs, records, archives, and / or working files Given minimum instruction and supervision, handles correspondence, prepares reports, arranges meetings, and / or travel arrangements. Qualifications Associates of Arts or Science OR two-year technical school degree + minimum of 3 years relevant experience OR High school diploma / GED plus 10 years' experience. Personal computer literacy with knowledge of email, word processing, and spreadsheet software. Experienced with common office equipment, e.g., fax machines, copiers, projectors, and PC printers. Minimum of 3 years relevant administrative support experience, or military experience E3 and up.
