Facilities Management and Operations Job Description The Program Support Analyst is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating complex program activities in support of mission-critical government operations. This position provides strategic and operational support to program leadership through independent analysis, process improvement initiatives, compliance oversight, resource coordination, and project execution. The incumbent exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment in interpreting requirements, developing solutions, resolving operational challenges, and advising management on program performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Duties and Responsibilities Serves as a principal advisor to program leadership on operational, administrative, and compliance-related matters Leads the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects and initiatives supporting program objectives Develops and implements processes, procedures, and operational controls to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance Evaluates existing business processes and recommends improvements to enhance productivity and mission performance Independently evaluates program performance metrics and recommends corrective actions, process improvements, and strategic initiatives Coordinates cross-functional efforts among government customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve program goals Provides leadership and guidance to project support personnel and serves as a resource for resolving complex operational issues Represents the program in meetings, working groups, inspections, audits, and customer engagements Assists with oversight of compliance with contractual requirements, government regulations, and program procedures Conducts assessments of operational processes and internal controls to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies Reviews findings from operational audits, inspections, inventories, surveys, and assessments and develops recommendations for leadership action Tracks program milestones, deliverables, corrective actions, and performance measures to ensure successful execution Develops and maintains dashboards, metrics, reports, and presentations for senior management and customer review Analyzes operational, financial, staffing, and organizational performance data to identify trends and support informed decision-making Provides recommendations to leadership regarding resource allocation, staffing requirements, and operational priorities Develops project schedules, implementation plans, resource forecasts, and operational strategies Leads special projects requiring independent research, analysis, and problem-solving Oversees property accountability, inventory management, and asset tracking programs to ensure compliance and accuracy Reviews asset utilization and inventory controls and recommends improvements to accountability processes Coordinates employee travel requirements and ensures compliance with company and government travel regulations Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with government representatives, senior management, customers, and employees Facilitates meetings, develops agendas, leads discussions, tracks action items, and ensures completion of assigned tasks Prepares and delivers briefings, reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership and customers Serves as a primary point of contact for assigned projects and operational initiatives Leads and participates in continuous improvement initiatives Supports training, development, and delivery activities Performs other duties as required Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or another related field; equivalent experience may be substituted for educational requirement Two (2) to five (5) years of experience supporting programs, projects, operations, administration, logistics, or related functional areas Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, review, interpret, and present data from multiple sources Experience coordinating meetings, training events, schedules, travel arrangements, and action item tracking Ability to prepare professional reports, correspondence, presentations, meeting minutes, and other business documentation Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies, track corrective actions, and ensure compliance with established procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees, management, customers, and government personnel Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment and discretion Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive or proprietary information Experience maintaining records, inventories, databases, and tracking systems Knowledge of project management principles, program administration practices, and process improvement methodologies Strong customer service skills with a commitment to professionalism and responsiveness Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to achieving organizational goals Preferred Skills and Qualifications Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Experience supporting audits, inspections, assessments, or compliance reviews Familiarity with property accountability, asset management, logistics coordination, or inventory control processes Physical Demands and Working Conditions The work of this position is performed in an environmentally controlled office environment and sometimes in the field where you are subject to the environmental conditions Must be capable of sitting and entering data on a computer keyboard for extended periods of time Must be able to view computer monitor for extended periods of time Must be capable of lifting 25 lbs. unassisted Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work tasks assigned Reasonable accommodation can be made to enable people with disabilities to perform the duties and responsibilities Terms of Employment & Eligibility Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions Must pass a pre-employment drug screening periodic retest Must be able to successfully complete a background screening Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment The above are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel in this position. Rate of Pay/Benefits Salary Range:
$68,000 to $84,000 Benefits Information Our company offers a generous benefits package including 3.5 weeks of personal leave (accrued) and 11 paid holidays.
