Advocate Support Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Program Director to oversee our CARF-accredited PRP-A services across Central Maryland. Why This Role Matters Under
COMAR 10.63, PRP
programs require strong clinical leadership to ensure compliance, quality, and person-centered care. As Program Director, you'll guide a dedicated team delivering rehabilitative interventions that help adults living with serious mental illness achieve independence and stability. What You'll Do Provide operational and clinical oversight for PRP services in alignment with COMAR 10.63 and Medicaid standards Supervise Rehabilitation Specialists and field teams to ensure documentation accuracy andtimelyIRP updates Drive quality assurance, compliance audits, and staff training initiatives Collaborate with community partners, prescribers, and therapists tomaintaincontinuity of care Lead program growth strategies and maintain CARF accreditation standards Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in a behavioral health-related field (Master's preferred) CPRP, LCPC, or LCSW-C certification/licensure required Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in PRP or similar behavioral health programs Strong knowledge of
COMAR 10.63
