🌟 We're Hiring! Resident Services Coordinator | Annapolis, MD Homes for America (HFA) is seeking a mission-driven Resident Services Coordinator to support seniors at Bay Forest Apartments. This full-time role is ideal for someone who loves building community, creating engaging programs, and helping residents access resources that support independence and quality of life. What You'll Do Build meaningful relationships with senior residents Coordinate on-site programs, activities, and wellness events Market and promote programming through monthly calendars, digital displays and newsletters. Connect residents with aging‑in‑place supports and community resources Partner with local service providers Support housing stability and resident well-being Track outcomes and program impact What We're Looking For Experience working with seniors, low-income individuals, and persons with disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and be resolution oriented Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude Organized, proactive, and community-focused Comfortable using Microsoft Office; willing to learn new software Passionate about HFA's mission Why Join HFA?
