The Program Coordinator will assist the Program Manager in all aspects of current program management as well as program expansion efforts. The Coordinator will help to develop, organize, and update policies and procedures for the program. The Coordinator will maintain regular communication with all program staff, disseminating information as needed. The Coordinator will ensure the collection and reporting of program data as directed by the Data and Grants Management team. The Coordinator will serve as the liaison between program partners and the program, itself, and will conduct trainings on program subject matter expertise and the programmatic model. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in the design and implementation of the Program and provide support to project design activities, including researching best practices, developing an evaluation plan and helping to determine program performance. Assist with the design and implementation of the program. Assist in the development of programmatic policies and practices. Assist the Manager in conducting a programmatic partner survey, analyzing survey responses, and implementing program improvement ideas in order to ensure the continued success of the program. Provides assistance and support to department staff, as needed. Build partnerships and liaise with key stakeholders, organizing meetings and partnership-building events. Serve as liaison between the program and key partners. Facilitate or help to facilitate partner meetings. Develop and implement regular partner communication efforts. Develop and/or assist professional presentations in all aspects. Develop/assist with pre-presentation task management and communication. Develop/assist with presentation execution. Develop/assist with post-presentation task completion. Conduct trainings/education on programmatic models and/or program subject area expertise. Collect data on all programmatic outputs. Maintain data spreadsheets and databases. Assist with compiling monthly and quarterly programmatic reports necessary for grant funding REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Family Studies, Family Science, Psychology, Criminal Justice or other similar fields required within 6 months of hire. Experience:
