The Youth Transition Services Program Coordinator, reports directly to the Youth Transition Services Program Manager, and is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the proper execution of services offered to participants in the program. The Program Coordinator assists clients in obtaining needed services or resources, and develops/maintains relationships with external partners. This position is part-time and operates on an as-needed basis, depending on program demand and scheduling needs. Benefits of working with us! 15 days of Paid-Time-Off (PTO) and 7 Paid holidays. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills - Meticulous to details. Ability to maintain professional and respectful relationships with program and department staff, individuals receiving services and external persons and agencies involved with services provided. To that end, every employee will promptly refer any consumer with an interest in obtaining supported employment to appropriate Vocational Staff and will actively participate as needed in the Evidence-Based Practice in supported employment initiative/model.
