This role is responsible for recruiting, staffing, training, and managing contract personnel while ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment, screening, and onboarding of medical support staff Ensure full staffing coverage across shifts, including weekends and holidays Manage employee performance, training, and evaluations Coordinate schedules, leave, and daily staffing with government stakeholders Serve as primary liaison with Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) Monitor quality, compliance, and customer service standards Oversee timekeeping, reporting, and contract deliverables Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Experience managing healthcare or administrative support teams Strong leadership, staffing, and operational management skills Ability to work with government clients and meet contract requirements Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
