Why You Want to Work Here A growing organization is seeking a Development Coordinator to support day-to-day operations of a professional training and development program. This role serves as a central point of contact for participants, internal teams, and external partners - helping ensure a smooth and organized experience from onboarding through program completion. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured, people-focused environment and wants to build a career in program coordination, operations, or administrative support. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for program participants and external partners Track participation, progress, and key program milestones Maintain accurate records, documentation, and internal databases Support compliance with internal policies and external guidelines Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and ongoing program support Manage scheduling, registrations, and participant communications Assist with invoicing, reporting, and general administrative tasks Support events, meetings, and program-related activities Provide professional phone and email support Assist with general office coordination and operational needs Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in program coordination, administration, or a similar role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience working with databases and maintaining accurate records Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Customer service mindset and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
