Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager/Executive Assistant to join our client's team in College Park, Georgia. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to manage strategic initiatives while providing executive-level support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing project management responsibilities with administrative tasks to drive organizational success.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of strategic programs and projects to align with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain effective program management strategies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel schedules, bookings, and accommodations for executives and team members.
  • Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Facilitate Agile Scrum processes to enhance team collaboration and project delivery.
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration across departments for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor program progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing project updates and outcomes.
  • Support the development and adherence to project management best practices within the organization.
