Role:
The Program Director will be responsible for managing and implementing all aspects of a Federal contract's fulfillment requirements. The position requires at least 7-10 years of experience in program and project management and proven experience in successfully leading and managing teams, stakeholders, and complex programs.
Security Clearance:
Must possess (or be able to obtain) a Federal public trust clearance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to) : Manage and implement overall contract requirements. Coordinate the activities and schedules of the contract's Project Managers across programs. Serve as the single Point of Contact (POC) with the government's Contract and Program officials and appropriate designated contract staff. Set project deadlines, assign responsibilities, and shift staff according to the needs of the programs supported. Monitor the overall cost, schedule, and performance of the services delivered under the contract. Prepare and provide regular performance and production reports for the Federal management team, as well as Contract and Program officials. Identify issues or risks to meeting contract requirements, and propose innovative solutions or recommendations designed to continually improve program effectiveness and efficiency. In the event of contractual or performance issues that negatively impact case processes and/or production, submit an impact report to the Contract officials.
