• $28•33/hr•Linthicum, MD Our client, a nonprofit professional association, is seeking a Committees & Awards Program Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Linthicum, Maryland.

About The Job:

Manage the full lifecycle of committee appointments and volunteer tracking Coordinate awards programs, including nominations, selection, and communicationsMaintain databases and systems for committees and awards programs Serve as primary point of contact for internal staff on committee-related matters Draft program documentation, reports, and communications Oversee compliance tracking, including disclosures and data accuracy

About You:

Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of database and program management experience Experience with CRM/database systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent writing and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently Comfort working with diverse stakeholders

K Schedule:

Monday-Friday, (9am-5:30pm)
