Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist the Program Director in the monitoring and evaluation of the residential program. Responsible for scheduling of all direct care staff coverage to meet residential care objectives in the most cost efficient manner. Ensure that all paperwork is complete within specified time frames, attendance, quarterlies, Incidents, etc. Responsible for the coordination of probationary and annual performance evaluations for personnel as designated by the organizational chart. Responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of all Person Centered Plans for individuals. Responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of all Behavior Plans for individuals. Timely review and approval of timesheets. Responsible for assuring that each home or apartment meets licensing requirements annually. Responsible for planning, coordinating and directing all day to day operations of programs. Implement a professional development program to address employee experience and skill gaps. Work with staff to develop objective performance measurements across all sites, to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluation and goal setting for all employees Problem solving, crisis intervention, on-call duty as assigned and emergency staff coverage. Liaison with Regional Office, Licensing, Resource Coordination, and Vocational Providers. Responsible for monitoring of periodic progress notes of individuals. Participate in management meetingsMinimum Qualifications/Experience:
Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis in the Human Services field, and (5) years of supervisory experience. Ability to work independently. Excellent English language skills — both oral and written. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet various goals and deadlines. Ability to exercise good judgment, flexibility, creativity, and sensitivity.
