Act as a resource for internal stakeholders regarding community engagement and culture initiatives. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing volunteer events, fundraising campaigns, and team member engagement programs, with a focus on logistics and organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and community impact strategies. Support the coordination and execution of culture and employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, campaigns, and internal events that reinforce company values. Serve as a point of contact for community partners, nonprofit organizations, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth collaboration and event execution. Partner with Human Resources and internal stakeholders to execute culture-related programs and promote a consistent and positive team member experience. Manage event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, communications, materials preparation, and post-event follow-up. Maintain records and tracking, including engagement calendars, budgets, participation records, and related documentation to ensure accurate reporting, program visibility, and tracking of engagement metrics to support continuous improvement. Support internal communications related to community and culture initiatives, including intranet updates, social media coordination, and promotional materials. Ensure community engagement and culture activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Maintain confidentiality when handling team member information and sensitive organizational data. Respond to inquiries from team members, leadership, and external partners within established timeframes and according to company standards. Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested or according to an established schedule. Compiles information as necessary or as directed and provides data to appropriate company personnel. Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by following policies and procedures. Abide by current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace. May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service. High school diploma. One (1) year of experience working in a similar role, with direct experience coordinating people and processes across multiple deliverables. Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, and administration skills. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate professionally and effectively, verbally and in writing, with vendors, community partners, and all levels of company staff. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task, change direction, effectively prioritize, and meet deadlines with both local and remote staff. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Philanthropic Studies, Business Administration, or related discipline. Experience supporting corporate social responsibility (CSR), community outreach, or employee engagement programs. Experience coordinating multi-location or multi-state initiatives.Hours of Work:
Monday through Friday. Work hours will depend on the business hours of the time zone serviced. To the extent permitted by law, the Company may, in its sole discretion, change the work schedule to address business needs.Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; operate computer and phone systems; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to move about. The employee is required to be physically present in the office. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds.
