Job Description
The Chief Program Officer of Member Services leads some of the YMCA's most visible and impactful departments, setting strategy, fueling growth and ensuring Membership, Health and Wellness, and Aquatics deliver outstanding experiences for every member. It is a great time to join us. Our YMCA is building a new 82,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, 58 million dollar Y, and we need a highly qualified person to ensure the tripling of membership within the first year is seamless and impactful. Salary is tbd based on experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field 5+ years of leadership experience in program management, preferably in a YMCA or a related business. Strong background in customer service, wellness, aquatics, or related areas Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive growth Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
