Job Description
Program Director (LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC, LCPC-C) Saint Andre Home, Inc. | Bangor, ME At Saint Andre Home, we believe every person deserves to heal, grow, and thrive. We provide trauma-informed, strengths-based care to people who have experienced trauma and are in the midst of life's transitions. This includes survivors of human trafficking, exploitation, and abuse, families in recovery, as well as others seeking help with life's challenges. Since 1940, Saint Andre Home as founded by the Good Shepherd Sisters has maintained a commitment to and legacy of helping people and families in need. We are seeking a full time Program Director for our Bangor-based program, CourageLIVES. This position is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of our services and programming, supervising staff, providing clinical services, and engaging in community collaboration. CourageLIVES serves people impacted by human trafficking, exploitation, abuse or other forms of trauma. - Regularly scheduled hours of Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. with occasional events outside of that timeframe.

- Lead a dynamic team to provide quality care and services for people and families in need including mental health/behavioral health services of case management and counseling, community center services, and basic needs support.
- Utilize a trauma-engaged, co-occurring approach to support the people we help.
- Serve as a key point of contact for our services and for the community.
- Attend meetings and facilitate trainings both in person and virtually representing the agency and the program.
- Respond to requests for assistance, connecting people with the appropriate staff member or community resource.
- Assist with managing the building and property needs.
- Maintain a range of documentation, records and files.
- Carry a small caseload of adults accessing mental health/behavioral health counseling.
- Oversee tracking donations and inventory.
- Facilitate staff meetings.
- Work closely with staff and leadership to keep operations running smoothly and responsively. This position requires regular movement, such as shifting from sitting to standing positions, reaching, moving items, walking up and down stairs, regular driving short and long distances, and other travel. Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field and licensure at LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC or LCPC-C level

- Experience addressing substance use related needs
