Job Description

Living Innovations is committed to being Maine's preferred provider of Shared Living, Community Support, In-Home Support, and other services . We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Program Manager to oversee Maine home and community-based waiver services. This role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that promote independence, choice, and inclusion within the community. The Program Manager is responsible for fostering cultural alignment in their assigned areas of responsibility while supporting a team of service coordinators and providers. Prior experience successfully leading teams providing service oversight within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) community is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will need supervisory experience, excellent organizational skills, and a track record of leadership. This position can be based out of our Houlton or Caribou office and will requires coverage for both offices. •

• Responsibilities Oversee the individual intake process and caseload allocation. Supervise and support service coordinators, ensuring quality care and support for individuals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, caregivers, and community partners. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Manage budgets and resources effectively. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree (preferred). 3 to 5 years of experience leading teams providing service oversight within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) community or in a related field? Valid state issued driver's license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration. Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies.
