Summary:
The Group Facilitator role contributes to the quality of care and patient outcomes by offering group therapies with a recovery focus. These programs will contribute to maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu by increasing awareness and providing an outlet for expression of feelings in patients. The Group Facilitator also serves as a resource and role model for volunteers, students, new employees and staff. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.
License/Certifications:

Prior group therapy experience with psychiatric patients required.
