Job Description
Middle School & High School Program Coordinator About Girls Group Girls Group is a nonprofit mentoring agency with a vision to end generational poverty by helping young women achieve emotional and economic self-sufficiency. Our goal is for each young woman to find her voice, define her dreams, and move forward with pride and confidence. We build long-term, supportive mentoring relationships that begin in middle school, continue through high school, and extend into college and career. At Girls Group, we work together to provide high-quality, innovative, and mission-driven services. We are a fun, passionate, and caring community that empowers every young woman to write her greatest story. Girls Group is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. Why This Role is Exciting As a Program Coordinator, you'll build mentoring relationships with students that help them grow in confidence, leadership, and self-sufficiency. You'll create group sessions where students explore new activities, learn life skills, and celebrate their strengths. You'll also partner with schools, families, and community members to support student success. Every day is different. One day you may be leading a cooking activity, the next cheering at a talent show, and the next helping a student complete her first college application. No two days are the same, and every day brings the chance to inspire joy, growth, and impact.
