Experience Required:
10 years in IT and minimum 5 years in Program Mgmt. Expert in Project Management. 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or delivery lead role in product development, specifically managing complex, multi workstream enterprise platform integrations or digital transformations.
Agile Expertise:
Proven experience guiding execution using standard software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, with deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments (including PI planning).
Dependency Mapping:
Outstanding ability to identify, map, and manage highly complex technical and operational dependencies across multiple parallel workstreams.
Analytical & Data Driven:
Strong capability to analyze program metrics, establish quantitative KPIs, and present data driven insights in a clear, compelling format for executive leadership.
Communication & Influence:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of aligning and influencing diverse technical and non technical stakeholders across different organizations.
Problem Solving:
A proactive, solution oriented mindset with experience managing and negotiating with third party technology vendors.
Experience Preferred:
Technical background e.g., BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Professional certifications such as
PMP, PMI
ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE). Deep hands on experience utilizing Jira (including Jira Software, Advanced Roadmaps, or Jira Align) for backlog grooming, sprint planning, dependency mapping, workflow customization, and executive reporting. Experience working in high growth product development environments. The pay range for this role is $100,000- $110,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
