Artiflex Manufacturing is a leader in the tool and die industry, specializing in serving the automotive sector. With a global team of dedicated professionals, we deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our team and help oversee projects that drive innovation and excellence.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple tool and die programs from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, to meet project objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues proactively.
- Travel to suppliers overseas (China mainland, South Korea, Japan) on a 4-week basis to:
- Check job status.
- Assist with tryout issues.
- Conduct tool and die buyoffs.
- Monitor progress, resolve technical or logistical challenges, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with overseas team members to ensure seamless execution of international projects.
- Track and report project performance using internal reporting systems and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the tool and die or automotive industry.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally on a 4-week basis.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of international project management and supplier coordination is a plus.
