The position oversees the daily use of recreational facilities and focuses on implementing and supervising youth camps, youth/adult programming, and community and special events. The Program Specialist is responsible for strategic planning, development, and coordination of Ferndale Summer Camp, enrichment programming, recreational programs, and special events serving individuals of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
