InvolvedDad RESET Program Facilitator InvolvedDad Flint, MI Job Details Full-time $23 - $27 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Program design Computer literacy Policy & process development Bachelor's degree Conflict management Working with families Social Work Full Job Description Job Summary The InvolvedDad Program Facilitator is responsible for facilitating the RESET program. You will support outreach, recruitment, engagement, ensure smooth implementation, participant tracking and program fidelity. You will lead educational sessions, facilitate group discussions and work closely with the Project Director to support clients growth and development in our programs. You will report directly to the Executive Director. This is a full-time position and you may be required to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate the schedules of the clients in our programs and attend local community events. Responsibilities Actively recruit, enroll, and provide ongoing support to women/participants in InvolvedDad programs. Facilitate 8 sessions of the Together We Can curriculum for adults in our RESET program (Healthy Marriage) Providing comprehensive support that connects them to job readiness and other community resources. Monitor the progress of participants in the programs Monitor attendance, referrals, and service completion across cohorts. Support participant retention and follow-up activities Provide support and guidance to participants as necessary. Contribute to community outreach events and workshops. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all women/participants in our programs. Assist in developing and managing program policies and procedures. Collaborate with the InvolvedDad leadership to design and enhance program services through a rigorous continuous quality improvement process. . Meet with project partners on a regular basis. Identify opportunities for program expansion and improvement All other tasks as assigned Qualifications At least two years combination of education and experience in public administration, social work or related field At least 1-3 years experience facilitating parenting and/or relationship curriculum in a community setting. Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities. Demonstrated organization and ability to multi-task Knowledge of strategies to enhance healthy marriages and co-parenting. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Compassion, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in working with diverse families.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in public administration, Social Work, or related field 2+ years experience in community programming Physical Requirements This position requires a significant amount of standing, walking, and carrying of materials for presentations and group sessions. Requires the ability to use a computer for extended periods of time. At least 1-3 years experience facilitating parenting and/or relationship curriculum in a community setting. Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities. Demonstrated organization and ability to multi-task Knowledge of strategies to enhance healthy marriages and co-parenting. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Compassion, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in working with diverse families.
