Programs Director End Violent Encounters - 3.0 Lansing, MI Job Details Full-time $65,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Master of Social Work Manager experience Managerial problem-solving Working with survivors of violence Project management Master of Business Administration Full Job Description The Program Director provides strategic leadership for an organization's programs, aligning them with the mission to achieve specific goals, develop and implement programs, manage budgets, lead staff and volunteers, and report to stakeholders. The Program Director is responsible for supervising and ensuring efficacy of EVE's programs: personal protection order (PPO) and legal advocacy services; community outreach
Essential Functions:
  • Design and oversee EVE's programs to meet community needs, comply with grant requirements, and align with EVE's mission.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage program budgets.
  • Supervise, train, and develop staff.
  • Establish performance metrics and use data to assess program impact and efficacy and make necessary adjustments.
  • Develop and maintain EVE's policies and procedures.
  • Work alongside Outreach Coordinator to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with community organizations, donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Outreach Department, Executive Director, and the Board of Directors to secure funding for programs and contribute to grant writing efforts.
  • On a monthly and quarterly basis, complete regular reports for different grant funders, ensuring that the information collected and reported is accurate and complete.
  • Ensure programs and services are implemented and run effectively and efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations and contractual agreements.
  • Participate in the on-call schedule for after hours support for Shelter.
  • Be available to provide coverage to every department, as needed.
  • Attend Board Committee Meetings and Board Meetings, as assigned by the Executive Director.
  • Any other duties as assigned, with or without notice to the employee.
