The Program Director is responsible for supervising and ensuring efficacy of EVE's programs: personal protection order (PPO) and legal advocacy services; community outreach
Essential Functions:
- Design and oversee EVE's programs to meet community needs, comply with grant requirements, and align with EVE's mission.
- Develop, monitor, and manage program budgets.
- Supervise, train, and develop staff.
- Establish performance metrics and use data to assess program impact and efficacy and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and maintain EVE's policies and procedures.
- Work alongside Outreach Coordinator to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with community organizations, donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Outreach Department, Executive Director, and the Board of Directors to secure funding for programs and contribute to grant writing efforts.
- On a monthly and quarterly basis, complete regular reports for different grant funders, ensuring that the information collected and reported is accurate and complete.
- Ensure programs and services are implemented and run effectively and efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations and contractual agreements.
- Participate in the on-call schedule for after hours support for Shelter.
- Be available to provide coverage to every department, as needed.
- Attend Board Committee Meetings and Board Meetings, as assigned by the Executive Director.
- Any other duties as assigned, with or without notice to the employee.
