  • Full-time Sprout Early Care & Preschool is seeking an experienced, organized, and passionate Program Director to lead our team and ensure the highest quality of care for children, families, and staff.
Qualifications Applicants must meet the State of Michigan licensing requirements for a Child Care Program Director, including: Qualify as a Program Director under Michigan Child Care Licensing Rules (R 400.8113) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience that meets state requirements) Previous leadership experience in a licensed child care center preferred Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to support licensing compliance, staff development, and daily center operations Responsibilities Oversee daily center operations Support and coach teaching staff Maintain Michigan licensing compliance Build positive relationships with families Ensure a safe, nurturing, high-quality learning environment We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Paid time off Paid holidays Professional development opportunities Supportive leadership team Qualified applicants are encouraged to apply through Indeed.
