Job Description

Community Recovery Coordinator also referred to as Employment and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Coordinator General Summary Montcalm Care Network is seeking a Community Recovery Coordinator to work under the supervision of the Outreach Services Manager. The Community Recovery Coordinator acts as program coordinator for a psychosocial rehabilitation "Clubhouse" program for persons with severe mental illness along with oversight of job placement for persons with mental illness and development disabilities. Oversees daily work ordered day at Club including providing guidance to staff. Establishes community partnerships for job placement sites and directly supervises staff overseeing the placement. Provides referrals to and coordinates with contracted job coaching agencies. Works directly with persons served to assess employment needs and establish goals in collaboration with a case management team. Develops groups to promote job readiness skills. Coordinates with a variety of community-based resources for education and employment supports. Occasional coverage of special events occurs during weekend, evening or holidays for Clubhouse..

Student Loan Repayment :
MCN is an approved National Health Service site (NHSC, a loan repayment program); in addition to Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), and MDHHS Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program (BHLRP). MCN offers tuition reimbursement of up to $5,250 per year.
Employment Qualifications:
Education:
At minimum possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related human services degree.
Experience:
Two years of professional experience in a mental health setting.

Salary Range:
$53,024 to $75,712
Other Requirements:
Must be a qualified mental health professional. If the individual possesses a degree in Social Work, licensure or limited licensure by the State of Michigan is required. Valid driver's license is required. Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a State of Michigan chauffeur's license within 30 days of hire. This employer participates in E-Verify.
