- BAE Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join the Paladin Production team.
- Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- + Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience or equivalent experience + Experience in Program Management/Performance Management /Program Controls + Familiarity with financial, production, engineering and programmatic processes + Knowledge of how to monitor plans, schedules, budgets, and resources + Aptitude to manage complex tasks to completion through coordinated execution of cross functional support + Knowledge of how to lead effectively in a functional organization by developing productive relationships across the organization + Aptitude to demonstrate commitment to achieving desired outcomes + Strong communications techniques (internally and externally) + Proposal Management Experience + Basis of Estimate Development + Supply Chain Management Experience •Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills•+ The program manager should have strong practical experience in a production environment.

Full-Time Salary Range:
$105254 - $178931 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.Employee Benefits:
