SAU (Skilling Activation Unit) & Regional Scale PM GP Strategies Corporation United States, Michigan, Troy 3155 West Big Beaver Road (Show on map) Jun 18, 2026 Program Manager | Contract | Remote | United States Role Overview The Program Manager will support the operational execution and scale readiness of the Skilling Activation Unit and Regional Scale model across Skilling Partner. This role focuses on driving partner onboarding, execution tracking, operational coordination, and cross-functional alignment across global teams. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role responsible for helping operationalize skilling initiatives at scale. Key Responsibilities Drive operational execution and scale readiness of Skilling Activation Units and Regional Scale skilling programs Manage end-to-end partner onboarding, including timelines, readiness activities, and progress tracking Support onboarding and ramp-up of new PMs into the operating model Maintain and update key skilling resources, including playbooks, BOMs, skilling plans, process documentation, and onboarding materials Partner with teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution consistency Participate in recurring skilling and operational calls to stay aligned on priorities and partner needs Lead run management activities such as newsletters, monthly scorecards, and reporting in collaboration with leadership Act as a central point of contact for operational queries, escalations, and execution support Drive consistent onboarding experiences, communication cadence, and execution rhythms across programs Preferred Experience Strong program or project management experience Experience managing operational execution, onboarding programs, or large-scale initiatives Familiarity with GCPS skilling motions, partner skilling programs, or Microsoft skilling ecosystems preferred Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously Proactive approach to identifying risks, gaps, and blockers and driving execution forward Experience working with global and regional teams
