    Open until filled Applications are being accepted for Site Leaders, Activity Leaders, and substitutes for the Summer Kids & Company program. Program dates are Monday
  • Friday, June 15
  • August 7, 2026.
Employees will have 3 shift options, 7am-1pm, 12pm-6pm or 8am-12pm & 1pm-5pm. We will be located at Bemidji High School for this summer.
Site Leaders :
The hourly pay range is $14.74

Requirements:
(1) experience training, leading. and providing guidance to multiple staff members, (2) strong organizational & problem solving skills, (3) flexible and positive attitude, (4) ability to assist other staff with understanding the needs and behaviors of young children, and (5) interpersonal skills with children and adults.
Activity Leaders :
The hourly pay range is $14.29-19.79.
Requirements:
(1) education courses related to school age development &/or experience working with elementary age school children (2) strong interpersonal skills, (3) ability to plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities for young children, and (4) positively guide and provide direction to other staff. Potential required work date includes June 10, 2026, for program setup and training. The program will be closed June 19th. Preference given to those available to work Monday
  • Friday for the duration of the program.
Preference will also be given to those with previous experience in Kids & Company or Summer Kids & Company.
