Key Responsibilities Supervise and support case managers and program staff Oversee treatment planning, documentation, and resident progress Ensure compliance with MN DOC Rule 2960 standards Assist with hiring, training, and staff evaluations Maintain communication with placing agents, families, and community partners Coordinate programming including: Group curriculum Recreation programming Community service and work programs Participate in on-call rotation for leadership coverage Conduct intakes and maintain a small caseload as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree (required) in: Social Work Psychology Criminal Justice Sociology or related field Experience in residential treatment, corrections, or youth services preferred Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Valid driver's license Ability to pass background check and drug screening Why Join Valley Lake Boys Home?
