Carver & McLeod Counties Employer:

Schedule:
Part-time to Full-time (depending on availability and program needs) Position Overview Minnesota Monitoring, Inc. (MMI) is seeking a professional and organized female Drug & Alcohol Testing Program Manager to oversee testing operations and conduct same-gender observed collections for female clients participating in county supervision programs. This position serves Carver County, McLeod County, and Sibley County programs and works closely with probation officers, social services staff, county personnel, and MMI leadership. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring testing services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with all established protocols while maintaining strong relationships with county partners and clients. All required training and certifications will be provided. Testing Locations & Hours Carver County Testing Site (Cologne, MN): 2:00 PM - 7:00
PM McLeod County Jail:
3:00 PM - 8:00 PM Schedule may vary based on testing needs, staffing requirements, and program operations. Management Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day testing operations for assigned county programs Ensure compliance with testing procedures, documentation requirements, and chain-of-custody protocols Coordinate scheduling and communication with county personnel and MMI leadership Maintain accurate client records and testing documentation Assist with training and mentoring testing staff as needed Serve as a professional liaison between MMI, county agencies, and clients Identify and resolve operational issues while maintaining service quality Testing & Client Responsibilities Verify client identity and conduct observed urine collections for female clients Complete chain-of-custody documentation and required paperwork Collect testing fees and update client records Apply and remove drug sweat patches Collect hair samples for drug testing Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions Additional Duties Coordinate and assist with electronic monitoring services, including: GPS monitoring Alcohol monitoring systems House arrest monitoring equipment Provide client orientation and instruction regarding monitoring equipment Assist counties and probation staff with monitoring-related issues and follow-up Qualifications Experience in criminal justice, probation, corrections, social services, case management, human services, or a related field preferred Prior supervisory, leadership, or program coordination experience is highly desirable Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Comfortable working with justice-involved individuals and county agency personnel Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Paid training and certification Flexible scheduling opportunities Leadership role with autonomy and responsibility Opportunity to work closely with county agencies and criminal justice professionals Meaningful work supporting public safety, accountability, and community supervision programs Minnesota Monitoring, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer committed to professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service.
