Join a dynamic team as a Senior Program Manager, where you'll lead complex, high-impact programs and drive strategic initiatives to success. Responsibilities Lead and manage intricate programs that involve multiple teams and systems, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Develop detailed execution plans and timelines, translating leadership's strategic direction into actionable steps. Proactively handle interdependencies and constraints to meet delivery commitments. Identify and manage program-level risks and issues, applying structured governance practices for informed decision-making. Engage with stakeholders to facilitate alignment and influence decisions without direct authority. Prepare and present concise updates for senior leadership, highlighting progress and necessary decisions. Skills 7+ years of experience in program or project management, leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. Strong ability to manage complex programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and align teams towards common goals. Proven track record in risk management and problem-solving within program management. Preferred Skills 9-10+ years of experience in program management or operations support. Advanced degree, such as an MBA, is preferred. Experience in a matrixed or highly regulated environment is advantageous.
