Program Coordinator

LoLooking for a meaningful career helping youth reach their potential? Wings is hiring a Program Coordinator to support adolescents in their journey toward recovery and personal growth. Wings is an adolescent residential facility providing treatment for substance use and mental health disorders. This role combines direct client care with leadership of daily programming and activities.

36 hours per week

Full-time Key Responsibilities Provide direct supervision, support, and mentorship to youth Plan, coordinate, and lead group programming (afternoon/evening) Facilitate groups focused on life skills, self-care, and therapeutic leisure activities Maintain and update program schedules and house rules Request and organize supplies for programming and activities Support structured daily routines and engagement during downtime Assist with conflict resolution and de-escalation Maintain professional boundaries at all times Collaborate with counselors, leadership, and team members Process and document urinalysis (UA) screenings per policy Administer medications after training by nursing staff Complete accurate and timely documentation Facilitate family contact (visits, calls, virtual sessions) Transport clients to appointments, outings, and activities as needed Qualifications Minimum age 19 with high school diploma or GED Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Valid driver's license (required for transporting clients) Flexibility to stay late or arrive early if needed Experience in youth work, residential care, behavioral health, or group facilitation preferred Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills Ability to engage and motivate adolescents Patience, empathy, and professionalism Benefits Paid training Paid time off (full-time) Health insurance (full-time) Discounted staff meals Gym membership access Why Join Wings?
