Program Manager

Utilize PMBOK guidelines to standardize project management processes across the organization. Foster team management by mentoring team members and facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams. Apply lean principles to enhance efficiency in project implementation. Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes. Provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Requirements Proven experience in project planning and execution within a program management role. Strong knowledge of product development cycles and methodologies. Familiarity with contract management processes and best practices. Proficient in scope management techniques to effectively control project parameters. In-depth understanding of PMBOK standards and their application in real-world scenarios. Demonstrated team management skills with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment. Experience applying lean methodologies to optimize processes and reduce waste. Strong analytical skills for data analysis and performance evaluation. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
