CentraCare is seeking a Program Facilitator to join the Early Childhood Unit at Clara's House, a partial hospitalization program that provides short-term therapeutic and stabilization services for primarily 3-5 years old. The Program Facilitator plays a key role in supporting the therapeutic environment of Clara's House. This position works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate structured activities and groups, provide behavioral support, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for children receiving intensive mental health services. Program Facilitator:

Help maintain a safe, clean, and structured environment. Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and other clinical staff to support patient's individual treatment goals. Support daily routines, including transitions, meals/snacks, and breaks. Responsible for planning and facilitating social skills groups. Assist in crisis de-escalation as needed. Schedule Full-time | 64-80 hours every two weeks Monday - Friday | 7:30 am - 4:00 pm | No weekends or major holidays On-site | Clara's House Pay and Benefits Starting pay begins at $21.54 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience Pay range: $21.54 - $32.31 per hour Full-time benefits : medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a human services field or a minimum of two years of related experience assisting in facilitation of groups, programs and material design required.
