Divine House is seeking a kind, compassionate and responsible Program Coordinator (PC) to supervise all aspects of the daily operation of a licensed group home site in Clinton, Mn.

Qualifications:

The PC must have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and be able to create documents that are legible and accurate. A valid drivers license is required as well the ability to pass a back round study.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The qualified candidate will have the ability to effectively supervise direct care staff to ensure the health, safety and protection of rights of each person served in the program. The PC will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of each consumer's Coordinated Service and Support Plan (plan of care). The PC will ensure that they and their staff are providing the necessary support to each individual to ensure that their needs, interests, and preferences are respected and provided for in a safe and healthy environment that maximizes the persons success.

Wages:
