You will work directly with 1-2 neurodivergent children each hour implementing a structured brain-body program designed to stimulate neurological development to improve focus, behavior, coordination, and cognitive performance. This is a hands-on, movement-based coaching role where your ability to bring energy, consistency, and precision directly impacts program results and families' relationships. Who Are We? Brain Balance is a multisensory multimodal neuro-rehabilitation program for kids and adults with ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Dyslexia, Autism, and other neurodevelopmental or neurodivergent conditions. Our process is revolutionary and different from traditional/conventional therapies
  • allowing kids to experience breakthroughs they have never experienced before. Our coaches develop strong bonds with their kids and assist in the childrens' neurological development
  • helping achieve an executive brain age commensurate with their chronological age.

Who This Is For This role is for someone who is high-energy, coachable, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment where performance matters. This is not for someone looking for a slow-paced, low-accountability role or someone who needs constant direction to execute. What You'll Actually Do
  • Lead 1:1 and 2:1 sensorimotor sessions with children
  • Execute structured exercise protocols with consistency and attention to detail
  • Maintain high energy and engagement across multiple sessions per day
  • Track session completion and program adherence
  • Communicate clearly with parents on progress and expectations
  • Support overall clinic flow and patient experience What Success Looks Like
